HOUSE RULES                                                                 

• Children are also categorised as guests and fees are payable regardless of their age.

• Our facilities are for paying guests only.  Any undeclared guests may result in eviction without refund.

• Fees are payable in advance.

• No Smoking in the rooms.  Guests will be held liable for deep cleaning should you ignore this.

• The guest will be responsible for all breakages.

• Only guests that have booked are allowed to stay over.  Any additional visitors may be asked to leave at the owner's discretion. A penalty of 100% of the overnight fee will be charged if this is ignored.

• Visitors for guests must be arranged with management and must vacate the premises before 8.00 p.m.

• Guests must behave in a considerate manner to other guests. Loud noise and disruptive behaviour is not acceptable. The management reserves the right to evict anyone misbehaving with immediate effect.  Quiet time from 10.00 p.m. to 10.00 a.m.

• Heaters, fans, televisions and lights should be switched off if the room is not occupied.

• Arrival time: From 2.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.  Late or early arrival may be facilitated by management if possible.  Please arrange in advance.  Please note that we do not offer 24hr reception.

• Departure time: Before 10am.

• Breakfast is served between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m at an additional fee if not booked and pre-paid.

• Use of electrical appliances other than those supplied in the room is subject to permission being obtained from the manager.

 

DISCLAIMER NOTICE/INDEMNITY

• Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk.

• The Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature or damage to motor vehicle, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

• The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their cars are locked when not in use.

• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their room is locked whenever they go out and also to be locked up at night.

• Please watch where you walk.  The Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for any injuries sustained.

• The Proprietor, its agents/s and/or its employee/s shall not be liable for any excursions undertaken by the guest/s whether recommended or otherwise.
