Located almost on the shores of the picturesque Knysna Lagoon, within easy walking distance of the bustling town center and the vibrant waterfront complex, this Guest House provides the ideal base from which to explore the splendour of the Garden Route or to simply relax and soak up the laid-back atmosphere of the historic town and scenic lagoon.

The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities such as walking, cycling, sailing and general exploring options. All Garden Route, Oudtshoorn and Tsitsikamma attractions are within easy driving distance.

Accommodation is made up of 6 well - appointed standard en-suite rooms in Waterside Accommodation and 8 luxury rooms (5 with self catering facilities and 3 with microwave) as part of Phoenix Lodge, all with exquisite lagoon / sea views. All rooms offer flat screen TVs, Wi-fi, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and free toiletries. There is plenty of space for a laptop computer for our business guests. A delicious breakfast is available in the morning in the dining area overlooking the lagoon. Braai/Barbeque facilities are also available. Other meals are available on request.

Knysna is only 60 minutes’ drive to George Airport and 30 minutes’ drive to Plettenberg Bay Airport.
